SHIPPING POLICY

Most items are in stock and ship out within 24 hours, unless it is a weekend or a holiday. We ship within the continental United States via the United States Postal Service (please provide an address where you receive mail) U.S. orders are usually delivered in 2-4 business days. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight of the products. If being delivered to an apartment please provide a secure location for delivery to prevent theft or loss of packages. You will be provided a tracking number of your package via email when your package ships.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns.  That being said, we want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to find an acceptable solution, if there is an issue with your order.

Once the tracking number has been provided, no changes can be made to the order.  If the buyer provided shipping address is incorrect and returned to shipper, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the new shipping charges.
